Dr. Tracie Inouchi — Honolulu Optometrist
Dr. Tracie M. Inouchi has spent her entire career caring for the community she calls home. Born and raised in Honolulu, she joined Dr. Daniel Yamamoto at Ala Moana Eye Center in 2002 and over the course of more than two decades, became one of the most trusted and familiar faces in the practice. In 2025, she and Dr. Sherry Wong took the reins of Ala Moana Eye Center, relaunching it as Simply Eyes Hawaii.
For over two decades, patients have valued Dr. Inouchi for her thorough, unhurried approach and her deep expertise in specialty contact lenses, ocular disease management, and dry eye care. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Hawaii Optometric Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Inouchi enjoys the daily challenges of optometry but admits nothing quite compares to cheering on her favorite team, the New York Yankees.
